Turn invoice PDFs into your own Word template

Suppliers all send invoices in a different layout. QuickBlank reads each one, finds the invoice number, dates, totals and every line item, and fills them into the single Word format your team uses.

What you start with

  • Supplier invoices (text or scanned PDF)
  • Multi-page invoices with long item tables
  • Invoices in other languages or currencies

What gets filled in

  • Invoice number and dates
  • Bill-to and ship-to details
  • Line items table with quantities and prices
  • Subtotal, tax and total

How it works

  1. 1

    Add your invoice template

Drop in the Word invoice or cost sheet you already use, as it is. We find the blanks and the item table; no placeholders needed.

  2. 2

    Add the PDFs

One invoice or a whole batch. Tables that continue across pages are merged into one list.

  3. 3

    Check and download

The result page lists what was filled, what is uncertain and what was left empty. Open any file next to its PDF to correct it, then download Word, PDF or a ZIP.

Why teams use it

No re-typing

Totals and line items go straight into your template.

Totals stay as printed

Nothing is calculated for you. If a total is not on the document, the field is left empty and listed.

Consistent output

Every invoice ends up in the same format, ready for approval or booking.

Frequently asked questions

Does it handle invoices with dozens of line items?

Yes. Item tables are filled row by row, and tables that run over several pages are combined. The template grows to fit the number of rows.

Can it read scanned invoices?

Yes. Scanned and photographed PDFs are supported. Anything hard to read is flagged for you to check.

Will it change my invoice layout?

No. Your original template is never edited. Only the text in the blanks is replaced.
