No placeholders. No setup.

Quick fill every blank in your Word forms. Edit nothing.

QuickBlank reads your PDFs and fills the blanks in the Word template you already have. Add both, click once, and get your documents back with every font, table and margin as you designed it.

  • Works with scanned PDFs
  • Your layout stays as designed
  • See what was filled, and what was not

How it works

From PDF to filled form in three steps

Add your files once. Your template is saved, so next time you only need the PDFs.

  1. 1

Add your template and your PDFs

Drop in the Word form you already have, as it is: underscores, brackets or empty table cells. No placeholders to add, nothing to set up. Add up to twenty PDFs, text-based or scanned.

  2. 2

    We fill the blanks

QuickBlank finds the blanks, reads each PDF and matches values by meaning, so “customer” and “applicant” can land in the same field. Your template is filled and its layout stays as designed.

  3. 3

    Check the result and download

The result page lists what was filled, what the system is unsure about and what was left empty. Open any file next to its PDF to check or correct it, then download Word, PDF or a ZIP.

Features

Everything you need to check the result

Built so you can see what was filled, and where each value came from.

Your layout never changes

Your original template is read-only. Only the text in the blanks is replaced, so fonts, tables, headers and margins stay exactly as designed. A layout check runs before a template goes live.

Understands different wording

Name, user, customer, applicant: the same thing under different labels is matched by meaning, not by exact text.

See where every value came from

Open a file and click a field: the matching text lights up on the PDF. Uncertain values are flagged so you can look where it matters.

Honest about gaps

If a value is not in the document, the field stays empty and is listed as empty. Values the system is unsure about are listed too, so you know where to look.

Tables that grow

Line items and repeating rows are filled one by one, including tables that continue over several pages.

Scanned PDFs too

Photographed and scanned documents are read as well as text-based ones. Hard-to-read values are flagged.

Batch processing

Add up to 20 PDFs at once. Files that need attention are listed first, and everything downloads as one ZIP.

Learns from your fixes

Corrections become examples for that template. When a label keeps meaning the same field, one click saves it as an alias.

Word and PDF output

Download an editable .docx, or a PDF with a preview and a layout check that warns you about overflowing text.

Privacy by default

Your documents stay yours

Business documents are sensitive. QuickBlank keeps what it stores private, short-lived and under your control.

  • Private storage

Files are never public and are reachable only through short-lived links.

  • Automatic deletion

Uploaded PDFs and generated files are deleted after 30 days.

  • Delete any time

Remove a file or a template yourself whenever you like.

  • Encrypted in transit

All traffic is served over HTTPS.

FAQ

Questions, answered

What kinds of PDFs can I use?

Both text-based and scanned PDFs, up to 50 pages and 20 MB each, and up to 20 files per batch.

Will my template's formatting change?

No. Your original file is never modified. A private working copy gets placeholders in the blanks, and only the text is replaced when a document is generated. Before a template is ready, a trial fill is compared with the original to make sure the layout holds.

How accurate is it?

It depends on the documents. The result page lists what was filled, what the system is unsure about and what was left empty, and you can open any file next to its original PDF to check and correct it. Review the documents before you rely on them.

Which templates are supported?

Word (.docx) documents with underscore, space or bracket blanks, empty table cells, existing {{ placeholders }}, repeating table rows, headers and footers, and merged cells. Content inside text boxes is not supported yet.

What happens to my files?

Files are stored privately and accessed only through short-lived links. Uploaded PDFs and generated documents are deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete them yourself at any time. Documents are processed by a third-party AI model provider to extract their contents.

Which languages are supported?

Documents can be in many languages. The product interface is in English.

Can I download the results?

Yes: Word (.docx), PDF, or a ZIP of a whole batch with predictable file names.

How do I get access?

QuickBlank is currently available by invitation. If you have an account, sign in; the pricing shown on this page is planned pricing.
